By accessing or using ChatSentinel AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

ChatSentinel AI provides AI-powered automated reply functionality for Telegram conversations. The Service includes:

• Desktop application for Windows and macOS
• Web dashboard for account management
• Credit-based API access for AI services
• Real-time message processing via third-party AI providers

3.1 Account Creation: You may create an account using email or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 License Keys: Upon purchasing credits, you will receive a license key. This key is tied to your account and grants access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

3.3 Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or license key. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use.

4.1 Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = $0.01 USD. Credits are consumed based on AI API usage (token consumption) with a 1.20x margin.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept BNB (Binance Smart Chain) and SOL (Solana) cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are wallet-to-wallet with no middleman fees.

4.3 Payment Confirmation: Credits are issued after blockchain confirmation: ~2-3 minutes for BNB (15 confirmations) and ~30-60 seconds for SOL (finalized status).

4.4 No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire. If a payment fails or is incorrect, your funds remain in your wallet.

4.5 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change credit pricing or package offerings at any time. Existing credits will retain their value.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share or resell your license key to third parties

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Service implements rate limits for fair usage:

• 30 requests per minute per license key
• 100 requests per hour per IP address

If you require higher limits, please contact support. Attempting to bypass rate limits may result in account suspension.

7.1 AI Providers: The Service uses third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). We are not responsible for the output or availability of these services.

7.2 Telegram: The Service integrates with Telegram. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Telegram.

7.3 Blockchain Networks: Payments are processed on BNB Smart Chain and Solana. We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, fees, or transaction failures.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ChatSentinel AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or useful

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSentinel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

11.1 By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits will remain in your account.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

11.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for unused credits.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
